Again! He was a Honor Student who's never been in fights before in his life.

He was actually trying to get home, but he got approched by the gang members and got caught in the street fight. He was defending himself and his friend he was helping out, so yeah he threw some punches in, it was his first time. They asked him if he was in either of "The Ville" or "Garden" gang, and he said no. And thats when they beat him. Either way, he still didn't deserve to die.
