He said just arm wrestling. Judging from his body and how average he performed in the gym when i took him for a session, he didnt train at all. Unfortunately i couldnt get him to continue any sort of training. I have never seen anyone else even come close to doing what he did, even with two hands. I have been using them for awhile and i only recently closed my 200 with my right

I have a story for you blokes, might sound a bit unbelievable, but ill tell it anyways. I knew this guy, was friends with my brother. He was an extremely strong arm wrestler and quite an average looking guy. I purchased a "Heavy grip" set (100, 150, 200, 250 & 300lb). I was extremely curious to see how good his grip strength was, so i gave him the 300. He was only about 2mm odd from closing it. He closed the 250 with his right and 200 with the left. I asked him what kind of training he did

@gripster1986 Goals are pretty much have huge forearms and i'm 15 right now with 11 inch forearms i would like them to be atleast 14 inches or more within the year. i would like to be able to close the coc #4 gripper someday and then be able to close it for reps with ease. And to have a strong grip all the way around. like not just to be able to close grippers but to lift anything thats heavy and have thumb strength. my grippers are the HG 200, 250, and 300. i cant afford coc's now.

@idc39 if you want some advice, i need to know what your goals are and how many grippers you got. i will try to help

@JonnyGR100 well joe kinney can squeeze the #4 coc gripper like its only 25 pounds of pressure. he says its like squeezing a sponge to him
-
@gripster1986 what were his training methods? and how frequent did he train?

ranked human ability to that extent. Not being well over three times stronger than one of the strongest men on the planet in that field. That would be super human, undoubtedly.

@idc39 650 lbs is a bit of an exaggeration lol. The average un trained man has 45 kg of gripping power - displayed by use of a grip dynometer, like mark was using.
And he only just displayed 86 kg. And undoubtedly is in the top 12 of the most 'powerful' grips in the world.
So how this guy has nearly 3-3 1/2 times the grip (650 lbs = 295 kg)of a guy who has the strongest gripping power in strongman, is beyond me. No strength athlete, or athlete for that matter, has excelled such a highly

@idc39 anything above 54 kg is excellent grip strength for an average untrained man.
Thanks for taking the time to comment, over 3 years later & im still working on it.
