There's between 45 minutes and 1 hour between folds. 45 minutes if it's a little warm (like here in the summer time), 60 minutes if it's cool (wintertime).

have found your vids real great as i've tried so many times to make bread and have failed. 4 attempt was a success and 5 attempt is in the oven currently proving...thanks for sharing , cheers!

This is the best how-to for kneading I've found. All the other videos/techniques wouldn't work.

Awesome. Folding has puzzled me for some time now. It was hard to piece together from pics. I finally came to my senses and searched for a video. Glad to see how easy it is.

Great! Wonderful. Funny how you mentioned the benefits FOLDING. Some recipes I come across (in cookbooks) don't bother to mention tricks of the trade. I'm a novice baker and I'm always trying to learn more. Let's do focaccia! Whaddaya say?!
