By the way: this video-clip sucks. But ok - the creator of this clip might be a nice and handsome guy. But it does not meet the style of this music.

I dont know why but in my opinion is this track to simple or just to silent that I can put this on favo list like other songs from them.

This is one of their best songs but in my opinion, they could have cut the track at around the four minute mark.

@somedudeinvaOf course! I like the Porky Prime Cut Ironic Cover Version era a bit more than the badly mixed first album. Floodland is their Masterpiece. This track stands head and shoulders(with some willing nymphette astrode....) above the rest of Vision Thing.It's still a free society.

@RibbonsForever you also have to remember that flowers on the razorwire is a reference to the meat and clothing of soldiers hanging on the curled barb wire that ran between the trenches during war.

Only Sisters song that ever really grabbed me... opened their supporting set for Depeche Mode with this at Crystal Palace on their Songs of Not As Good As Violator tour... though it was an amazing song....

@romanseyring Nothing against First Last and Always, but I just simply like this album (and Floodland) better. I find song like Marian good, but dreary. Since I tend to like the more rock-style Sisters (like More, Lucretia, and this song) those later albums appeal to me more. Probably the same with others.

Granted, First Last and Always was definitely more ground-breaking etc. But oh well. I like what you like. You like what you like. We both like Sisters of Mercy. Good enough? :)

Whatever y'all are talking about this song... they are goth and this song is sexy as shit!!!  I have made love to many a woman with this song!!!
