The hypnotizing that is being spoken of here was discovered being used by a certain supposed exorcist. A pastor who is an expert on the paranormal, actual possessions and hypnosis attended a service featuring this person and saw certain things he was doing when addressing those people face to face who belived that they were demon possessed. The pastor immediately knew that this supposed exorcist was hypnotizing people and later publically called him on it. Pastor was removed from the premises.

What about what the Bible says about death is not correct? I continually search for false doctrine and would like to hear you opinion on where you believe them to be in error. Thank you.
-
@apathy7170 : I wish I could agree with you. However, I can say unequivocally and emphatically, they are not sound "on the primary doctrines". Just read my previous posts where I've provided verbatim quotes of Friel and Hannagraaff's statements about such basic topics such as death. Hannagraaf is actually, depending on how you perceive it, either funny, or, pathetic. He clearly doesn't believe what God says about death in His Word the Bible. It's so simple that it's sad.

Apparently you do not have a true walk with Christ, or you do not understand inerrancy in scripture. Either way, disagreements you may have on secondary doctrines with Friel and Hannagraf, they are both sound on the primary doctrines of the faith.

It sounds like you've had some experience with this Bentley individual that you're, for whatever reason, not willing to disclose. Feel free to share your experiences with the readers. Conversely, might you have some information that would support the veracity and sincerity of Mr. Friel?

He's not as bad as Hank Hanegraaff though. I once heard Hanegraaff say to an 8 year old little girl who called his program and asked him what happens when we die. Hanegraaff said, incredibly enough, ..."well, when we die, we don't REALLY die".... Again, a verbatim quote. I remember thinking to myself upon hearing that, "yeah, right Hank. Kind of like when we're born. We're not "REALLY" born! I can't make this stuff up. Truth truly is stranger than fiction.

In fact, I once asked Mr. Friel if he knows each and every chapter and verse in both the Old and New Testament and whether he believes he may have an incorrect understanding of the authors intended meaning of those passages. Friel responded by stating he doesn't actually know every verse intimately, but, ..."the ones that I don't actually know most likely AREN'T worth knowing because they're probably of such TRIVIAL importance with regard to actual doctrine".... That is an actual verbatim quote.

I used to listen to Mr. Friel's program when I lived in Minnesota. I have a tape library of my calls to his show. I not only have the smoking gun, I have an audio recording of Friel uttering those very words I previously indicated, in addition to several more of his misquotes of Scripture. He intensely despices being corrected as I can only surmise his principle quest is "to be right" as opposed to peaceful, collegial, civil, discussion. He bails out once he's been exposed himself as misquoting.

Aaah, you may want to reread which Todd I commented on. I don't even know, nor, have I ever heard of Mr. Bentley. I have, however, listened very closely and carefully to Mr. Friel. He will deflect and avoid talking about any areas of Scripture where he is clearly in error. He covers and believes certain parts of Scripture, but, he simply doesn't believe other parts of the Bible. Example? he personally said to me that "Jesus Christ IS NOT the savior of ALL mankind". Need I say more?
Thank you for posting these.

wrong.
satan can heal people too.
nowadays we don't seem to have any discernment left. understand that the church has been molded and prepared to finally accept this sort of thing. Yahshua warned us many times.
it is fulfillment of prophecy: the great falling away.
i used to support this, by the way.
Shalom.
