One of the last chiefs of the Soviet secret service, the KGB, has died in Moscow at the age of 83. During the political crisis of 1991, Vladimir Kryuchkov spearheaded a failed coup attempt against the president of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev.

  • рашатудаэ начинает напоминать западные говномедиа

  • @tomreves28 I mean these words became like matryoshka and balalaika, something that points to the difference between cultures. Instead, I'd prefer to point to the similarities.

  • @mizukami999 otherwise, motherland is not so formal, homeland is used in more formal situations, e.g. Department of Homeland Security

  • @tomreves28 It's too official. Like "tovarish" in Russian is like "friend", not "kamerad". "Hello comrade." VS "Hello friend". Or "Homeland defence" VS "Motherland defence"

  • @mizukami999 it means the same as RODINA, you should not translate this word so strauightforward, because it has a particular meaning

  • @Scoutrussp7 People! It's "homeland", we have no "motherland" word in Russia. How would you translate "Родина-мать"? "Motherland the mother"

  • @Fredrikfez LOL! Looks like the communists shut your channel down 'tovarish'.

Back to the gulag for you.

  • @ThunderAppeal Go fuck yourself, you have been brainwashed by your government, your government is the "best" at brainwashing and spreading propaganda of the whole world. None does it better than the US.

And the "freedom of speech", you have no more freedom than any other sheep herd.

Your government are responisble for more death and suffering, you know that right? or are you uneducated?

You'r government raise's the children of US the way they want them to be.

Freedom of speech are another system

  • Surely a man like Kryuchkov must have known the USSR was not Bolivia. Having a coup in a country that size is not possible.

  • @burko890 He probably doesn't believe in hell... No evidence for it.
