@mismag822 I did come up with it on my own (on accident). I was performing my original blindfolded card trick: with a deck that had been stacked in the Si Stebbins Stack and I just found out the neat ending.
I'll take your advice into account the next time I perform this trick.

The only thing I would recommend is that you allow the spectator to see the selection so the card is memorized. (Since all the cards are dealt face down it doesn't matter...but it's important that they remember their card). I found that if you reveal their card and the soulmate at the same time the spectator might be confused which SUIT their card was while you're revealing the other 26 cards of the different color.
