RA 9482's implementing rules & regulation (IRR) took effect on a Sunday (July 27, 2008) and AKF was the very first animal welfare group to enforce it against the dog-meat traders!

Just look at western peoples trying to criticize cultures that have been eating dog for 2000 years.How about western peoples who eat cows who are sacred animals for Hindu's. I don't want to eat dog and never will,but i respect a culture right to eat this animal.
