Why the fuck should we care what Gwyneth Paltrow or that Spanish actress say about food or any other matter in the world? They're actresses! They read words that other, more intelligent people write. It's fucking strange.

Claudia and Gwyneth talk about "pan con tomate" (bread and tomato) wich consists of tomato spread on an slice of bread. It's the basis for any "bocadillo" (genuine spanish sandwich). "Pan con tomate and anchoas" (anchovies, I think would be the translation) says Gwyneth she loves. In Catalonia, they call them "pa amb tomaca".

Claudia is absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea what this show was about when i first watched it, but I'm glad i continued watching. :D

what was the name of the dish claudia and gwyneth were talking about? i didn't quite decipher their pronunciation. Claudia is the reason I watched this show. If it wasn't for her the show would just be about three wealthy americans traveling around spain, eating like pigs and talking gibberish. They didn't even bother giving the names of dishes or their recipes. Still worth watching this show just for Claudia. She makes Gwyneth look unattractive.
