  • Will I need to have the file on a sd card also to root cwm?

  • @skwaaone are you wanting to root with CWM? if so, check out the newest video I jsut uploaded to youtube regarding Nook Tablet Root SD card V4

  • hey i was wondering if you knew what "make a new MSDOS partition table and add a 50 MB FAT32 partition as the first primary partition" means.. i was reading on a thread and they talked about gettting a sdcard and making that yet i honestly dont know what that is lol.. also i was wondering, and this is a newbie question but "whats cwm and whats so good about it". i really dont understand what that is either.. sorry for the essay comment but would really love info on this before i do it

  • @ADAMaguirre it means to divide the SD memory up in to one section that is 50mb seperate from the rest so it looks like 2 different drives.

  • Also, I'd love to see some info on the backup/restore bit of CWM. Is a backup something you want to do right off the bat so you can fall back to a known working system?

  • @RadicalAns Indirect goes into this in more detail in the XDA thread.

  • Man thanks Albert for this update

  • @RadicalAns Updated Description with Link

  • Awesome video. Any chance we could get a link to the thread in the video description.

  • @markenyou I dont think it would work because of the difference in hardware. However, If you make a back up first, you might try and see what happens ;) flash at your own risk ;)
