If you want stupid, check out Kabal's MK3 fatality; He takes off his mask and screams really loud at the opponent, making them faint -_- Or basically any fatality of Stryker -_-
And for the most boring of the boring, check out basically every fatality on mk1 for the Gameboy.

I've got one. In Mortal Kombat Trilogy if you play as Human Smoke, try pushing your opponent all the way to the edge of the stage and performing his teleport punch fatality. Smoke will jump right past his opponent and leave them unharmed! The "FATALITY" sign will come up, but the guy will be standing there untouched!
