As Director of this production, I feel the criticism levelled at the performers in this video is unwarranted. They did an excellent job not just in this song, but in the whole production - as evidenced by every single audience member leaving at the end with a big smile on their face having had a brilliant night out.

I couldn't be more proud of this cast, and refuse to stand by and watch them take criticism. Their characterisations were fresh and witty.

@inthezone123 Thank you. I take your point though, on reading my comment it does come across strongly - and wasn't meant to sound so defensive. I'm proud of what the cast did, and want to stick up for them. Also, I didn't put the vid up here - I was very surprised to see it!

If you're gonna post something on Youtube, especially something like this don't be surprised and get all self righteous when people criticize it. It especially doesn't help that you took it so personally as to come defend their performance. If you're truly satisfied with their performance, act like it.

I did this show and was Dave,the most fun I've had in a show in a long time. These guys did a great job. Any director that does this show deserves a big hand!!!
