  • How many rollers do you usually use when you roller set your hair?

  • @omololasho Hi. To do the whole head, I usually need at least 24 rollers, more like 28-30

  • Thanks for the tip..btw you are a very pretty girl

  • @dmaliha41 Thank you. :)

  • what aloe vera product do you use?

  • @chinouyamale I can't remember. I think it was J/A/S/O/N aloe vera gel.

  • It's not just African Americans that don't wash their hair everyday. It's damaging for all hair types, especially long, thick, or curly hair. I'm half white/half asian and I have never washed my hair daily with shampoo. My hair is really thick and long so I only wash it once a week with shampoo and in between I conditioner-only wash it.

  • I wash mine when it starts to feel dirty. so that can be 2x a week. If i am wearing my hair pinned up, then it is protected from the elements and remains clean--then i will just wash once a week. Our hair is a good type of devil. Some complications and some pluses

  • You and your hair is so beautiful. Thanks 4 sharing. Peace and love.

  • @mizchocolatey Oh, it's okay, girl. Long hair is very minor in the scope of things. But if you want it, you can get your hair to grow longer. Just be very gentle when you comb. We are so used to combing roughly. Be really careful, try to minimize snapping sounds because that is your hair breaking. Wear it in styles that minimize tangling so you won't have to break hairs to get them untangled. And a little patience. :)
