This is how i think they do it, A person in the costume has a microphone that changes their voice to sound like mickey. And the way they do the talking-thing is he/she has a specical thing in their glove that they press, Watch his/her hand and you will see them pressing their middle & ring finger together on the center of their glove. Thats how they do it!
