The first time I stepped into Bruma after a bit of a trek (first time playing, didn't know the quick travel system :S), it was about dusk/twilight. It started to snow and this played......I was speechless for the next 5 minutes

I remember when I was playing on my first playthrough and how I was in the Great Forest really close to the Imperial City. Then I saw through the clearing in the trees on a really sunny day and Isaw the Imperial City and Lake Arius next to it. Then 0:31 started playing. This is one of the best games I've ever played and I cherish every memory from it.

It might be the DVD space problems...who knows. In skyrim i have also a bug that when you reach more than 900 of armor (i have more than 1200) you dont hear battle music anymore, thats so anticlimatic when you face a dragon..

I remember this song playing after I closed the large Oblivion gate in front of Bruma during that big battle. We won the battle. I searched the battlefield for signs of Martin, Baurus, and Jauffre. I found Martin and Baurus alive. I walked over to them to find Jauffre on the ground, lifeless. 0:31 happened next.
