lol... our children start school a year later than their american counterparts and our education system was just ranked #1 in the world...

Expanded Education is brilliant! A school building is a big empty building where good things happen, ideally. When we padlock them at 3 p.m. and no one is allowed in but the janitor, it's an enormous waste.
Put in the air-conditioning so our children won't melt in July, and then . . .
USE THOSE EMPTY BUILDINGS! After school, on the weekends, and in the summer.
Take care of the children, give them exercise, and let the parents go to work.
