hey,
with the poor water quality I meant the fact that far to much feces from Porlarmar and El Yaque are directed into the ocean causing a disgusting smell and a numb feeling in your mouth. I don't know weather the situation has become worth, but I hope people get an awareness of that problem. All the best, Niko
