how did you get your rubik's5x5 so loose?

Puzzles, like wine, get better with time. I've had it sitting around for a couple years before it has been this loose. It's not half as loose as I would like.

Yup, just play with your 5x5 now and then and give it some time.. it should loosen up on it's own. Alternatively, you can sand down the pieces manually.. but this will take A LOT of time, so you probably don't want to.

I think Lance meant that wine gets better with time. If you've ever been wine shopping or been wine tasting in wine country, you'll find that the most expensive wines are almost always the oldest.
