Erifilly - A refreshing look at COMBINATIONS

This is the 8th in our series of about 10 videos. Here Erifilly explores combining and mixing up some of the moves covered in the first seven videos. Of course there would be an infinate number of combinations possible, but here you'll see some really easy combinations to harder more complex ones , and alot of fun and excitement, awesome stuff. Erifilly has always loved making up combinations and mixing stuff up. She invented her first longish combination when she was 5 which was a roundoff, backhandspring, stepout backhandspring, backwalkover, cartwheel at the time her mum was blown away and thought she was amazing to come up with that - as a mother would. Fun Erifilly memory - when she was 7 While waiting outside the warmup gym to get Rebecca Bross and Bridget Sloan's autographs at the end of the all around world comp at the O2 in London. she was busy gyming about doing free cartwheels/walkovers etc. and she performed her free walkover roundoff backhandspring which everyone around thought was pretty impressive/cool and she was asked for her first autographs. One of the guys new Damien Walters who we had seen and greatly admired on utube, which was interesting. If any of you stumble across this do get intouch again. After a bit of a wait the USA girls did turn up which was a great, inspiring memory, some things are worth being patient and waiting for.
Have loads of fun having a go at mixing stuff up, creating different combinations - the possibilities are endless - interesting, captivating, inspiring, exciting, cool and awesome - go for it !! !! !!

Wow I wish I was as good of a gymnast as u! I do gymnastics but I just started 2 years ago. I am working on my round off back tuck and my middle split. Do u have any tips that will help me? Please write back!!!!!
