@DavisBaller253 He's using one right now and is recording at at least 30 fps, fraps strains your cpu so you can expect lower framerate when recording, however, when not recording, you easily, easily get a lot more. Depending on what your cpu is, yes, a 550 ti will do that fairly easy, I believe.

@thelsamar23 Its sn OCZ 80PLUS 600w. I believe Nvidia states you need at least a 400w psu for this card.
