a simple, quick and easy korean dish: tofu joh rhim. this is one of my specialties. it's healthy and a good dish for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. other vegetables such as carrots, green, red, and yellow bell peppers can also be used in this dish, however are optional. another way of making this is to cook the tofu in the frying pan first for a chewier texture, however if you do not wish for it to be chewy, then this is the way to do it. either way, they taste great. :) enjoy!
