If you're worth 54million then why in fucks name do you have a mortgage??? These lawyers, accountants and other advisors never tell these air heads to purchase what they want in full because this is what keeps them in business.Why deal with banks every month for years and years when you can avoid it all together? You don't mortgage a home or lease a car you pay cash and tell everybody to kiss your rich ass!

Dykstra is such a piece of sh*t........"I'm not bankrupt".........REALLY, COULD OF FOOLED ME with 50k in assets and 25 million in debts and half a dozen garbage business's.
