  • Heeey why is this video removed by you, Laura?

  • @lauweroos what do you mean?

  • @LauraVitalesKitchen It says "this video has been removed by the user", so I can't watch it.. Maybe Youtube made some sort of mistake?

  • @lauweroos where does it say that? Is it in the video window? I am contacting support and want to give them as much info as possible. The video wasn't deleted, it must be a bug. Thanks!

  • How it can be made days in advance if we need the juices of the turkey???

  • @TheMefifi as i stated in the video, the part where we made the stock (with the wings) can be made in advance.

  • that is the coolest whisk i've ever seen lol

  • laura thanks for the recepi, instead of wine can i change it too rice vinegar or plain? thanks in advance

  • @eliiike yes you can. i dont have a stock separator and i still manage to get great gravy out of it. the flour is essential id say. it makes the fat and the stock mix and creates a homogenous gravy.

  • LOL love your comment on 2:90

  • @eliiike the good stuff is the stock and the fat of the chicken is what u mix with the flour

  • The golf st

  • can anyone help me..i don't get it! after the mixture with the chicken wings she strains it and then she uses the gravy seperator. The juice that's left behind (so without the fat), is that your stock? And then when your roasting your turkey you do exactly the same thing with the drippings of the turkey (seperate the fat from the good, but here you do use the fat, while with making your stock you throw it away and only use the liquid --> because that's your actual stock..??? HELP PLEAS!!! x

  • im making this today for christmas :)

  • when we don't have a gravy seperator, can we just let it (fat+ drippings from the turkey) rest for a couple of minutes and then spoon the fat off of the top? And how do you get the stock..i (a 16 year old, who believes she can make the whole christmas dinner..) don't really get it and it's very important because i want to make this for my family this year..x

  • Hahaha, Johnny Depp :D
