@arkemein24 There's no way that that's Drake. This movie came out in '94, he would have been 7 or 8 then. But yes he was an actor, used to play Jimmy on Degrassi The Next Generation.

@nefrnefroaton In case you haven't found out yet - it's "Playing With the Big Boys" from animated movie Prince of Egypt (the movie is about Moses and has a really great soundtrack, f.e "Plagues" is absolutely worth listening to)
