@VUPdingCLICK I couldn't agree with you more.There’s an old saying, If I only knew then what I know now, that fits what you are saying. But it doesn't mean that it is too late. It just means that we know better now and can be whoever we want to be without allowing someone to help us feel bad about ourselves.So it is time to be yourself and don't be afraid to flip the bird to those who sit in their rocking chairs passing judgment on the world that passes them by.

I admire mature women who are in good shape, i,m 64 and can out walk most 20 year olds, I walk 7 miles daily, why??? just because I can, I don,t drink or smoke, and have a 32 inch waist , I feel great

Thank you for this video. This is so true that we are trained to have the "old age" mindset. You have heard that you are as old as you feel. You do not have to get "old" before your time! Thanks!

@sjeanp56 I don't plan on getting old at all! :-) I remember my grandmother telling me when she was in her late 70's that her body felt old but her mind still felt like she was 30. I believe that your body reacts to the brain and the heart. If you take care of yourself, and you feel young, you will stay young. So enjoy life at every age. Donna
