i'm the guitarist and singer na don't use pedals hate em lol basically use a fender tweed amp put ur treble half way ur bass slightly past half way but not to fair the i just a major scale up and the the 5th string playing the open e underneath the chorus is power chords on the 5th string but strumming all six strings now the power chord thing only works if you play chords in the key of e major.

OH and this song sounds SO MUCH LIKE smashing pumpkins!!! when theyre driving in the car with billy :p cool tho-but maybe put an effect on your mic so your singing sounds as brutal as your music XD
