Tennants lived in house less than 6 months, had to be evicted for nonpayment. The landlord had the home painted, new carpet installed, new stove, refurbished fridge, new windows & blinds, new roof, new a/c, new tile and vanities in bathrooms prior to the couple moving in. The couple with their children and the husband's sister and her children lived in the home (10 people). The home is a 55-year old four bedroom home.

  • I hope you were able to take every penny they have to help repay the damage. My dad has a rental property that had nice tennants that moved out and then while it was vacant some druggy gang bangers broke in and set fire to all the drapes and flooded the house.

  • damn, that is just incredible! it just makes you want to go and throw up! tthe tenants must of been tweeking on dope.. that mess has all the characteristics of speed freaks that think there is hidden surveilance equipment watching them, they get so paranoid and wired they actually tear things apart making sure they arent being watched or listened to,, thats why all the light fixtures are missing the covers.. that is the reason i would never get in the rental business
