It's OK for the police to get away with their little pranks, but it never works that way FOR US. They can go & shoot down innocent bystanders, while "off duty", & their FULLY protected, no matter WHAT the reason may be, but yet if people like you & I are confronted with a life threateneing situation that requires the use of a handgun or some dangerous weapon, if it's a situation of "KILL, OR BE KILLED", guess who's heading off to prison? It's very obvious, "it ain't the cop"!!
