Water Fasting Day Two of Forty

Day two of my forty day water fast. I'm dealing with a lot of withdrawal symptoms, for example itching and burning eyes, massive headaches etc. I didn't sleep much last night. Basically I'm learning about fasting by actually doing it, more than by reading or hearing about it. It's a trip.

i fasted for 10 days and my eyes burned every day lol idk what causes it, lost 20 lbs in 10 days

@jmoore0386 Hi, from what I've heard and I don't know this to be fact...just sounded good, is that the burning is caused by your liver detoxing. Lot's of weird things happen during fasting. It's pretty cool though. So far on this fast I think I've lost about 11 pounds.

@byronwinter Thank you very much. I agree that it's pretty rough; however, I can also see where it's very worth it. Reading the Bible is very helpful. So thanks again for the encouragement.
