Hmm I dont remember exactly - I want to say I measured out around 100 grams of it too. I think it was 3/4 cup or so???

Hey Mamclok, I don't know what is up with my webcam. I just bought it from Walmart and it is soo blurry. (I'm making another video tonight with my progress!) Anyway, maybe I should try using my camera. Also, I had a question. You mentioned that you don't necessarily have to take a break after the 43 days because you were taking HCG sublingually. Is that what you did?? Because that is exactly what I want to do to but I did'nt think it was possible!

Yes I do have an idea, because you are a HCG GURU, how about you tell all of us newbies what life is like after the "grand curtain close!" How does your life change emotionally, spiritually, mentally, we can all see the physical changes, but perhaps you can give the ladies some hope regarding things shrinking!! :) hehe, just my suggestion!! :)
