Winnipeg Skywatch: Oct 3rd Sun Halo? What is that?

Saw some sort of weird atmospheric effect the other day. I did a bit of research into it before I finished the video. I guess it is something called a "sun halo" effect?

Possible explanations:

- HAARP heating ionosphere
- sun halo
- sun dog
- nibiru
- cloaked ship
- reflection off chemclouds
- asteroid
- dimensional tear
- some sort of satellite prep for the big show
- more?

I really don't know, the pictures don't really do it justice, it was extremely strange. I would appreciate input.

I live in Winnipeg and see this phenomenon often, except during hot days. They are called sundogs, the effect of which is caused by ice crystals in the upper atmosphere reflecting sunlight. There is usually a second sundog opposite the other one, in relation to the sun. I have even seen the effect create a rainbow that encircles the sun. Look at the sky more you will see sundogs often in Winnipeg.

This is not a sundog. It's a reflection though, I think it's called an upper tangent arc. some people have commented already.

Sundogs only appear in the atmosphere when it is very cold, unless there is a lot of particulate matter in the air. If you do live in Winnipeg you probably should know that.

It is certainly a phenomenon caused by the high reflectivity of chemtrails. Most sun videos, double sun videos have obvious chemtrail activity in the frames.

It is a winged planet Nibiru, google it - you'll be surprised!

In may-august 2009 it started to be seen near the sun from the southern hemisphere and it got bigger than in this video. It's approaching Earth pretty rapidly. In may 2011 it should be visible with a naked eye from northern hemisphere and in december 2012 it will become a second Sun.
