President Bush has called nuclear terror the defining threat the United States now faces. Graham Allison of Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government argues that nuclear terror is preventable with a strategy based on the Three No's: no loose nukes, no nascent nukes, and no new nuclear states. Graham Allison is a leading analyst of U.S. national security and defense policy with a special interest in terrorism. This is the 16th Annual Margolis Lecture. This lecture is pure US Government propoganda to prepare the sheeple for another "false flag" operation on a mega scale and blame al Qaeda and have an excuse to take out Pakistan and Iran.....and rob them of their resources....get real folks, wake up before it's too late....your Government lies all the time....

I am a liberal and am against the right in almost everyway, and i even hate capaitalism.
However i believe the nuclear threat is real and war would be legal if any new countries made nukes.
