The lyrics tell the story far better then I can, but just a short summary to wet your appetite ;)
John loves Sherlock, but doesn't really believe his feelings are returned. So when he meets the sweet Sarah, he starts dating her. Mostly because it's nice to for once not have everything be a struggle.
Sherlock can see what's happening, but still feels incapable of showing his feelings.
Faced with the very real possibility that John will move in with Sarah, he tries to show John he's willing to change, but John might not be willing to see it any more...
Probably my favourite Sherlock & John vid I've done so far... Mostly because of the story...
