John Lennon Talks To A Hippie Guy, Tittenhurst Park, Ascot. Saturday, 22nd May 1971

John Lennon is talking to a young hippie guy outside his door at his mansion at Tittenhurst Park, Ascot, Saturday, 22nd May 1971. this guy hoped of talking to Lennon to learn how his music related to him on a personal level. He was trespassing into Lennon's propety, and was sleeping rough in one of the gardens in Lennon's 99 acres huge estate. He was probably tripping on acid or some other substance, and then got the chance to meet his hero in person and learn that the truth about Lennon's music was very different from what he thought.

that was a very kind thing to do john that kid looked confused anyone else would of turned him away you took him in your home fed him and gave him a hot drink were all human we all need a hug and human compassion if we cant help each other the human race will suffer a true compassionate caring human we all need to learn from john im proud to say us scousers are very kind and warm hearted and would help anyone and it does'nt matter how powerful rich and famous were still human

He wasn't crazy. He was touched by his lyrics and thought they were written specifically for him. Drugs can make you think some strange things but that doesn't make you crazy.

I think thats kind of lame how John was sort of an asshole to that guy. I am not saying he was a total asshole b/c he obviously had a decent world view and this tripped out hippy was caught up on some small insignificant stuff but thats TO HIM (John that its small). I dig busting the guys bubble A LITTLE but to say pretty much I don't give a fuck if it holds significance towards your life and I didn't even sing that part, I mean he could have been a little nicer. This shit meant something to him
