March 5, 2008: Playing in his final home game, Shan Foster put on one of the greatest shooting performances in Vanderbilt history, finishing with 42 points including nine straight 3-pointers to lead the Commodores to a miraculous 86-85 overtime win over Mississippi State.   • I will never forget the atmosphere in the gym that night when he started hitting. The craziest thing was I believe he missed his first seven 3-point attempts before he became totally unconscious and couldn't miss. Still brings tears to my eyes watching this replay. Shan was such a class act. Love that guy.
