Testament?... Yeah I kind of get what you're saying, sort of "The Gathering"-era Testament, except this guy's voice is much different.

this is probably norway's equivalent to godsmack/disturbed! so edgy and cool compared to most of the "metal" thats out there today! love this band. reminds me of a mix of disturbed, godsmack, testament and some other great bands! definitly up there on my favorites of all time!

He sounds a lot like the lead singer from Disturbed in this track... thankfully their musically better than Disturbed...
