Group Discussion on Same- Sex Marriage
This discussion was lead by Wendy Herndon of the Nia Collective with a room full of African American same gender loving women of all ages. Singles, couples, partners, friends and even people with family members present were in the room to take part in the discussion and to consider this relevance of the topic on the lives of women of African descent.
This took place at the NIA Gathering 2010, "A Weekend to Remember!" from November 19th-21st at the Walker Creek Conference Center in Petaluma, California.
This is a 30 minute participant driven discussion of same-sex marriage. The opinions expressed are those of only the person expressing them at the time.
