I'm sure glad I watched this video! Right from the start he reminds you to make sure you have your boat! It was embarrassing the first time I went kayaking and forgot my kayak. I couldn't figure out why I kept sinking no matter how hard I paddled. But now that I've watched this video I realize I forgot my kayak. Thanks for the tip!!

@Maggot2607 Oh sorry, I have only ever been out on a kayak once before, which was a couple of days ago! :P I always know what is where I am going to be using mine, i brought one just today, it was called a sport-teck 260? Do you know them? I brought a green one! :P sorry (:

@Fiizofiy Forgive me but that is a stupid attitude towards paddling. You never know whats below the surface and there's no way to know that there isn't a rock right under you. My advice, Always where a helmet no matter what environment you are in. Thanks all and sorry for the outburst.

@livetofly935, If you do have issues getting people to go with you, at least make sure that you let someone know that you are going and how long you expect to be gone, so if you don't return in a reasonable amount of time at leas someone knows that you went out on the water and might be in trouble.
