  • Praise Wilem Dafoe, the greatest actor of all time!

  • @thadrine

According to that definition we're all evil because of the harm we cause to the animals and vegetables that we consume. God would have to kill us all to cure the world of evil, and this whole experiment would come to an end..:)

Interesting? Considering that is the actual definition of what evil is, according to Websters.

Also, I guess I should be glad there is no got then?

  • @JayLaMarr7 Well stated. And you are correct. But, one point on contention. Why do you have faith in this god if faith is all you have to rely on?

  • @psychoscribe13 Definition: " that which causes harm. "

The fact that you do not know this is really disturbing.

  • @thadrine

    What is evil?

  • @herogna And the hottest!

  • One of the most amazing scenes I've seen in my life. It is so heavy.

  • wow I feel really really lost now

  • @thadrine Firstly, For anyone that doesn't know, you're quoting Epicurus. Hopefully no one is foolish enough to think that you are that elequent. Secondly, Faith, by my definition, is believing in something that is NOT proven. If you were able to prove my Faith true based on "its own merit" then at that time I would stop having Faith, and would have "proven fact". So I would be right. If you should fail to prove it true on it's own merit, does this mean that it has no merit at all? No.

  • "Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.

Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.

Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?

Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?"

Faith is a cop-out. If the only way you can accept an assertion is by faith, then you are conceding that it can’t be taken on its own merits.
