kinda really felt sorry for the guy asking for help..i would have kept the table there and see if i could have found out what to do to help him.

Wow! So, you think the activity was directly associated with the dining room set? I do believe that "energy" can attach itself to a place and/or material things, but I also believe people have the ability to project energy into audio and physical movement. Anything happen before or since? Great post!

Yah, it was chilling to hear this audio "Help". I was home alone when I got that audio...and I have to say...when I'm home alone, I never really feel that I'm really alone. Some of my most terrifying experiences have happened when I'm by myself. But this particular evp really disturbed me. Funny thing about the table is, I had told my husband that I thought someone died at the table. Then when we got it home, my son said the same thing. So...we both sensed something not right from the get go.
