@SpoonYourself FtM means your gender is male. Some FtM's choose not to go on t or get any surgeries but they are still men. He's coming out as a male in this video, so therefore he is a man.

@Miikaika25 No, it isn't.It isn't changing your gender, you were always mentally that gender. you thought of yourself as a boy when others called you a girl or vice versa. It just happens,sometimes people are born in the wrong body. If you have big ears, you can choose if you want to be ashamed or not. If you're born in the wrong body, you can choose to come out and become yourself or live life in denial. If you're straight,bi,gay have weird physical looks you can choose to be ashamed or proud.
