This video is really useful and i thank u for that. But I got a question(more of a doubt actually). Now I live in Germany and I've been told that here they track people who have a high download rate (illegal i mean). What i can't understand is if through utorrent i use a proxy server to download will they still be able to see my download rate and my ip adress?Is there any difference between using a proxy just for surfing the internet and using it to download from utorrent?
