Jenn Phentermine Weight Loss Update

Started exercising today! Having some stalling issues and know I have to exercise in order to lose my last 24 pounds! Update on Shane. Before and after pics so far.

The first 3 days i took phentermin i lost 10 pounds quickly, but I am stalled...i think that it's water weight because i will get my period soon. I think I will drop another 10 pounds after my period. does this happen to you

Ohhhhhhhh YES! I still have water weight issues around that time of the month. Don't worry, it will fall away after you are done with your period (at least it does with me). Actually, I always seem to drop a couple of extra pounds too right after I'm done so I always look forward to that weigh in!

Thanks so much for making this vid. There aren't many people who are on Phen making vids! I'm planning on making an update vid soon. You and I started at the same weight...and we're almost at the same weight right now! I've only lost 25lbs thus far and I want to get down to 130lbs. BTW, the Walk Away the Pounds videos are awesome, especially the one for abs, where you use a resistance band. That's what I'm doing and I'm up to the 2-mile one now.

How long have you been on Phentermine? I've been told you're only allowed to be on in for 3 months at a time and wait at least 6 months to go back on it. I've been on it since the end of Feb. beginning of Mar (only 1 refill since then...I make it last). And, I've lost 20 lbs, the first 13 were in the first month.

WOW thats so good you lost all that weight!!!! I have not been so lucky I've been taking phentermine since January and have only lost like 14lbs I just started going to the gym hopefully that works!!!
