This interpretation is largely attributed to two of my students, who worked laboriously with me and suggested phrasing, accents and note lengths in this famous Minuet in G Major.

This Minuet is part of The Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach, however, this Minuet was composed by Christopher Petzold, and not J.S. Bach as originally believed.

  • Lovely...

  • To me, this feels like the ideal performance of this famous little tune.

  • The way Tzvi plays, he makes that Bosendorfer sound like a giant music box. When I watch his hands I realize how much time work and experience go into each piece he plays. He treats everything the same way and should be an inspiration to everyone. Younger players will surely model from him.

  • Brings back memories.

  • so melodic.... as well as intellectually provocative...
