Dame SHIRLEY BASSEY sings one of her signature tunes, "I Am What I Am" for what I think is a St. David's celebration 2006 in Cardiff (though I could be wrong). If anyone can verify the information for this clip, it would be appreciated.. Thanks!

  • If anyone knows the announcer's name, or the context in which this concert was taking place; I will put more of a description and more tags for this file. Much appreciated, Diolch Yn Fawr

  • @PeaceFan1 too bad you don't know what talent is

  • @PeaceFan1 I think your are in the minority about Shirley and her voice. WE love her singing.

  • She looks like a giant tea bag

  • The clip was from a concert held in 1999 to celebrate to opening of the welsh parliment.

  • That's right, Huw Edwards.. Thanks alot for that! This clip is about three years old I think. And I remember during that time, Huw Edwards has gone through some weird discrimination suit with the BBC due to his Welsh accent; which is a rather flat accent at that. So I don't know what the BBC is complaining about..
