    yes pan works good just remember to have a hot pan with little oil before puting the patty on, if u put it on when the pan is cold youll boil your patty :)

    What other ways can I cook the meat? I Don't have a grill...so after I shape the Patty can I fry it in a pan? will it cook thoroughly?

    Very nice. I bet some Sutter Home Merlot would be a great mop for burgers. :)

    I add a few flavorful ingredients to my burger mix and shape them with a five inch hamburger press to prevent "burger balls". Hope you'll take a look some time.

    Summer is hamburger season!
