Check out this new video made especially by popular request of our friends on the VOX YouTube community! We've heard you, and have prepared this Valvetronix VT Series video which showcases the pure amp models available in this awesome new line of tube-powered modeling amps.
@stratmanuk Same here. I cleaned everything with air but the volume is a huge issue. It must be an amp problem.

@MultiScoffer Couldn't agree more, I think my VT50 sounds great but I never know what volume level I'm going to get when I plug in! I blast it with switch cleaner and then have to stand there jamming to plug in and out until it starts to make some noise. This started shortly after purchase.
Thinking of going back to Marshall.

I think the cleans sound pretty stellar and realistic. Very usable, but on the distorted stuff, I think it sounds pretty generic, flubby on the low end and for lack of a better term, fake. Especially the higher gain stuff. I'd like to try it out with some distortion pedals into the clean models and see how it fairs otherwise, the distortions are just unusable. Good news is your line out demo sounded pretty much like the mic'd up version so bravo on the line out direct sound.
