A few brief clips of what we do as a mountain rescue team in South Africa, Johannesburg. Some of the clips are from training sessions and some are from actual rescues. We are a group of volunteers that belong to the Mountain Club of South Africa and are called upon do to rescues of lost and broken people in mountainous terrain. Most of the clips in this video are from a practise we call a "Dropline" where you can hang as much as 360m (around 900ft) below the helicopter. Hope you enjoy
