This video clip is of the older version with a dial timer. The newer version is with a Digital Timer and comes in two designs, Rectangular or Oval design. The timer is of countdown sequence from (adjustable) 30 minutes to 0 minutes.
Ozone can be use for sterilize air or water. It is also use by many well known brands of electrical household appliances, eg: air conditioner, washing machine, fridge.
Basically ozoniser does a simple function, ie using O3 to remove mircoscopic "thing" in the air or water by attaching one atom of oxygen to it and then O3 becomes O2 leaving pure oxygen & sterilized air or water. It is just as simple as that. In an ozoniser, there is no filter to clean because normal goes into it and get converted to O3 and then will be released in the air or water by the long lasting air pump.
The pump is actually a normal aquarium air pump but with a difference, ie it have a SILICONE bellow instead of the usual black rubber.
