Do you actually think Bush controlled every little bit of aspect of Katrina? These people were warned that up to 24 feet of water was going to flood the area. Everyone knew it.. it was on the news.. And i remember that as well. You cannot blame politicall figures for natural disasters and certainly those who knew it was coming and refused to leave their homes are only to blame for their lack of actions. Besides that, the damage was massive, and thats what governors are there for as well.
